EMERGENCY CONTACT INFORMATION FOR TENANTS FOR ALL YOUR MORGAGE REQUIREMENTS
If you experience a maintenance issue when the office is closed, please leave a message on our Lettings telephone number, call 0118 9461800 and press option 2 or email judy@farmeranddyer.com. The message will be actioned during our next working day.

Should the maintenance issue be an emergency i.e complete loss of heating or hot water or electricity or an extreme leak which threatens the property or life then you should contact our maintenance contractor, Michael Rogan on 07818 404798. He will assess whether an emergency call out is required or if the matter can wait until our next working day. Should an emergency call out be made which does not qualify as one of the reasons above then you will be liable for the call out fee which will be no less than 100.

If you smell gas at the property then you must immediately contact Transco on 0800 111999 who will assist you.

Should your property suffer a break-in then you must contact the police who will issue you with a crime number.
